Falls Fractures & Osteoporosis in Lanarkshire A Multi-Agency Approach
This one day workshop is taking place at Bell College, Hamilton on February 15h from 8.45 to 16.00. A buffet lunch will be provided.
This multi-disciplinary one day conference will appeal to the many different disciplines involved in the planning, commissioning or delivery of, services to older adults within primary, community and acute care settings.
In addition to topics such as Disease Pathology and Service Redesign, delegates will get to take part in two workshops choosing from a list of four. The conference promises to be an informative and interesting day.
